Response expectations

Email support is monitored at [email protected]. Most non-urgent questions should receive a reply within 2 business days after launch.

Safety, parent removal, privacy, and account access issues should be reviewed first. Teen Recruit support is not an emergency service.

If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 or local emergency services first.

What to include

Include the account email, whether you are a teen, parent, or customer, the related profile or request, screenshots if safe, and what outcome you want.

Do not send Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, medical details, passwords, or unnecessary private addresses.
