Safety Rules

Teen Recruit is built for practical local services, not risky work. These rules apply to teens, parents, and customers.

Parent approval is required

Teen providers must have parent or guardian approval before creating and using a provider profile. Parents should review services, messages, schedules, locations, transportation, and payment arrangements.

Use service areas, not exact locations

Teen profiles should list only a general service area. Do not post home addresses, school addresses, customer addresses, gate codes, private phone screenshots, or exact meeting spots in public profile content.

Portfolio upload rules

Only post work you did. Do not post private addresses, house numbers, license plates, school names, faces, or customer-identifying details unless you have permission. Portfolio content may be removed if it creates a privacy or safety risk.

Blocked or restricted work

Do not list or request unsafe or age-restricted work, including roof work, high ladder work, gutter cleaning, operating powered vehicles, driving passengers, heavy machinery, hazardous chemicals, electrical work, firearm-related work, adult services, alcohol or tobacco delivery, illegal activity, or work that violates local labor rules.

Communication and meetings

Keep communication respectful and job-focused. Teens should involve a parent or guardian before meeting a customer, accepting a job, sharing contact details, or going to a work location.

Report concerns

Use report buttons or email [email protected] if a profile, message, service, portfolio item, or request seems unsafe, misleading, private, or inappropriate.

Local rules still matter

Teen Recruit cannot confirm every local law, permit, insurance rule, school rule, or labor restriction. Teens, parents, and customers are responsible for checking what is allowed in their area.
