Who can use Teen Recruit

Teen Recruit is intended for users age 13 and older. Teen provider accounts are for teens who have parent or guardian approval. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts or submit personal information.

Information we collect

We collect account information such as name, email address or phone number, password, role, age for teen providers, parent or guardian approval details, service area, availability, services, portfolio entries, messages, reports, and hiring requests.

If you use Google sign-in, Google may provide a verified email address and profile name so we can help start the account setup process. New Google users must still complete the required sign-up details before an account is created.

How we use information

We use information to create accounts, show teen service profiles, manage customer requests, support messages, review reports, enforce safety rules, prevent abuse, and improve the site.

Teen location and portfolio privacy

Teen profiles should show only a general service area, such as a neighborhood or ZIP code. Teen Recruit should not display exact home addresses. Portfolio uploads must not include private addresses, school locations, house numbers, license plates, or faces unless the teen has permission from the person shown.

Sharing information

We may show profile information that teen users choose to list, such as service area, services, availability, and portfolio details. We do not sell personal information. We may share information if needed to operate the site, comply with law, investigate abuse, protect users, or respond to valid legal requests.

Parent and guardian requests

A parent or guardian may contact Teen Recruit to review, update, or request deletion of a teen account. Use [email protected] and include enough information for us to identify the account.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including password hashing and session tokens. No online service can guarantee perfect security. We keep account information while the account is active or as needed for safety, legal, and operational reasons.
